Exceptional property, spotless, with good staff and amenities.

The hotel of choice in Krakow. I liked food and amenities, which were very good! In my case they offered wheelchair accessible room with order room service etc and good beds and that was great.

The place was special and boutique and the staff were polite, the location was perfect very near the old Jewish quarter a good 15 to 20 minutes walk into the main square. The breakfast was included, that was a bonus. Thank you for a really great stay, would recommend.

Staff was absolutely amazing, breakfast was light, spectacular location near many restaurants in the Jewish District. The room was bright, towels were proper. There also was paid parking and good pool.

Clean, relaxing hotel, there was a stunning lobby. Brand-new unit with a modern decor:)))

This place was fairly clean and had perfect location and staff. We got room with nice decor and a large bathroom to relax. Even though you guys made our stay really amazing, beds were too soft.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was slow.

Everything was perfect and I loved spa center. The hotel rooms were soundproof and compact with air conditioning, the tablet in the room, heating. The food was great, amazing service.

The room was cool enough, the bed was nice.

Not bad views and Wi-Fi was average.

Actually everything was brand-new, my next choice again in Krakow. Second to none food and rooms, I loved to be here. They made my stay SUPERB. Relaxing beds, balcony, mosquito nets and terrace were a nice touch. The breakfast had plenty of options: fruit, cheese, hardboiled eggs, cereals and fresh bread. Pool was covered and there were parasols and a sauna.

The hotel was nicely designed and fairly clean with fairly friendly staff members. Its location was central, a short walk to a modern museum.

Overall it's romantic hotel, wonderful value, and the facilities are new.

Delicate staff, immaculately clean quiet bedrooms. Relatively cheap breakfast, good service. In my a double room there was a comfortable bed that I liked. With easy check-in and late check-out, this hotel was magnificent.

Good price-value balance, simply wonderful location. We came to Krakow for short stay, everything was fabulous. The beach nearby was clean and the view was delightful.

I loved this, have n't been in a better hotel. The property was beautiful designed and fairly clean with stable wi-fi. Had comfy overall good rooms. The staff were more than helpful and provided me with a DELICIOUS breakfast.

It was quite comfortable time in Krakow. Spotless hotel and friendly service. Calm area, best possible location...

We enjoyed this hotel. Convenient to have complimentary coffee in the lobby. Breakfast was satisfying, well presented and with lots of options. Not to mention private parking for residents.
